KOMBINASI JAMUR ENTOMOPATOGEN Beauveria bassiana (Balsamo) Vuillemin DENGAN EKSTRAK DAUN PEPAYA UNTUK PENGENDALIAN Plutella xylostella Linnaeus (LEPIDOPTERA: PLUTELLIDAE)

Ulat kubis Plutella xylostella L. merupakan salah satu hama yang bersifat oligofag menyerang tanaman dari jenis famili Cruciferae. Sehingga perlu dilakukan pengendalian tepat untuk menekan pertumbuhan P. xylostella. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu melakukan kombinasi antara Beauveria bassiana dengan ekstrak daun pepaya pada konsentrasi sublethal mengetahui kompatibilitas insektisida campuran dan meningkatkan efektifitas B. bassiana. Penelitian bulan Februari hingga Agustus 2021 di Laboratorium Toksikologi Pestisida, Departemen Hama Penyakit Tumbuhan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas brawijaya, Malang. Metode digunakan membandingkan efikasi secara tunggal metode umpan pakan. Setelah itu hasil tersebut bandingkan campuran. Lalu pengamatan koloni, produksi jamur, daya kecambah sebagai uji pengaruh pemberian terhadap jamur Berdasarkan dapat diketahui bahwa berbanding terbalik Penambahan 10.000 40.000 ppm memiliki kategori tidak toksik atau kompatibel. Hasil nisbah sinergisme didapatkan sebesar 1,87. Hal menunjukan mampu 1,87 kali lipat dibandingkan aplikasi tunggal.
